Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We accept returns for non-custom products subject to the following conditions.

Due to the personalised nature of custom-made products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
A) On the Product Page: A notice clearly states that the item is a “custom-made product and is non-refundable

B) At Checkout:   Before you can complete your purchase, you are required to tick a checkbox acknowledging that you understand and agree that any custom-made items in your order are non-refundable.
